Training and workshops

Training and workshops


On site training is included free of charge with your system. Our training is delivered by experts in immersive experiences. Tech support & remote access

Tech support & remote access


Most issues can be resolved promptly over the phone or via email. Our friendly support team can log in to your system remotely whilst you’re on the phone to assist you in ‘jargon- free’ English. Whilst most problems can be resolved remotely, occasionally you may need us to come to site. Our network of skilled service engineers are on hand to assist you (call out charges apply).
